Is Guided Wellness+ HIPAA compliant?We are not a HIPAA-covered entity. However, we take privacy seriously and design our systems to avoid collecting or storing identifiable health information unless explicitly necessary.
Instead of storing biometric data, we guide users on how to interpret their own results. You keep your data—we help you understand it.Do you store or share my personal health data?
Nope. We don’t want your private info sitting in a database any more than you do. Our platform is built with data sovereignty in mind. We may guide you through reflection questions, wellness habits, or feedback loops—but you’re in full control.If we use tools like Tally forms or integrations like Zapier, we do so without storing PHI (Protected Health Information). Any insights we generate are based on de-identified or voluntarily shared input. Anything you share with your provider through the platform is only available to your provider.How do you use AI in the platform?
We use AI to deliver personalized wellness guidance, build 90-day plans, and adapt suggestions to your goals. It’s a tool—not a guru.
